Description
Energetic Properties: stimulating, toning. Elevates mood helping with light depressive states. Some say it has a hypnotic quality. It is very centering and reassuring.
Physical properties: Calms the nervous system. Like carrot seed oil it is regenerative to the skin. Diuretic. Aids digestion.
Smell: Very similar to wild carrot essential oil on first approach but then it develops a lemony, cumin/coriander note on the skin. Lovely and deep and complex with notes of frankincense as the aroma lingers. Very interesting for perfume blends.

Main Chemical Constituents: β-pinene, α-pinene, sabinene, myrcene, limonene, acetate de terpinol
