Wild Mint Hydrosol

Description

We harvested the plants for this wild mint hydrosol along a stream here near Taos, New Mexico at the height of summer. This hydrosol is very fresh and clears the mind instantly. It is very balancing and helps you to feel your inner strength and clarity when faced with difficulties or confusion. I like spraying it in a space that needs to be cleared of negativity and in situations where communication has become difficult and calm and harmony are needed so communication can be resumed in a more positive way. In the same way as wild mint hydrosol clears the space, it can also clear our head and minds when they are feeling cloudy and heavy.
